Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports project planning and execution by reviewing designs, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. This role serves as a key link between teams and customers to keep construction material projects on track and aligned with company standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sales orders
Acts as a liaison between team members and the rest of the organization
Plans, organizes loads within the region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities, giving importance to individual members' and the overall team's achievement of established goals
Prepare quotes and take-offs for construction materials that are specified in City, State, and/or DOT construction plans
Ensures the team's goals are aligned with the company's culture of success, leadership commitments, and representative of the overall company's directive
Creates initial rough product designs into working drawings/documents
Has some knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction materials industry (Precast concrete material preferred)
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Education:
Associate's degree or 4 years' equivalent work experience in a field-related area
Experience/Skills:
Familiar with a wide variety of fields' concepts, practices, and procedures, AutoCAD experience, and Microsoft 365
