Full Service Restoration Project Director

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Service Restoration Project Director to lead and oversee comprehensive restoration projects within our organization. This pivotal role involves managing all phases of restoration efforts, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality management, along with a proven track record in supervising teams and managing complex projects. As a Project Director, you will drive operational excellence, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all restoration activities. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of full-service restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and general cleaning services. Supervise and coordinate teams of technicians, custodial staff, janitorial crews, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Oversee daily operations on-site, including cleaning procedures, laundry services, and custodial tasks required during restoration efforts. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process. Monitor project progress through inspections and quality control checks; address issues promptly to minimize delays or rework. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety compliance records, and client interactions for accountability and reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in supervising cleaning operations, custodial services or hospitality management within commercial or residential settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining motivation and focus. Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards. Background in hotel or hospitality management is highly desirable due to customer service focus. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion efficiently. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, vendors, and emergency responders. Management experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control and operational excellence. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
