The purpose of an internship at Woodward is to provide students with the opportunity to gain exposure and "real life" business acumen within the Aerospace and Energy Industry.

Project Support:

Assist in planning and executing HR-related projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

Process Improvement:

Research and recommend best practices for improving HR project management processes.

Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on project goals. Draft internal communications, such as email updates or project summaries, as needed.

Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain project documentation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting notes.

What We Are Looking For Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planisware) is a plus. Ability to analyze data and create visually appealing reports or presentations.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working within deadlines and maintaining accountability.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Basic understanding of how to interpret data and identify trends. A creative thinker who can propose solutions to challenges. Education or Formal Training Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Experience Required No experience required. Previous internship or other working experience, a plus.
