Job Description Manage all phases of commercial and retail construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, field staff, and subcontractors. Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor. Experience managing commercial and retail construction projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with construction management software.
