Job Description
Controls Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Controls Project Manager to oversee the execution of building automation and control systems projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed to specification, on time, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC controls projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet project objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to building automation systems.
Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, reports, and final project evaluations.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.5+ years of experience managing HVAC controls or building automation projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, including BAS and BMS.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in building automation.
