Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project alignment. Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed and that all work complies with local construction regulations and environmental standards. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office to streamline project documentation, reporting, and communication. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to support project continuity. Supervise construction teams on-site, managing daily activities while fostering a collaborative team environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance; address issues proactively to minimize delays. Skills Proven experience in construction management with a focus on infrastructure or commercial projects. Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment. Deep understanding of construction scheduling principles and project coordination best practices. Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
