full-time Masters Countertops is a stone fabrication and installation company based in Wheeling, IL. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager & Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines client-facing sales with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while managing projects from start to finish.

Duties:

Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide accurate countertop quotes Manage projects from initial consultation through installation Coordinate with internal teams (templating, fabrication, installation) to ensure smooth workflow Create and manage quotes using company CRM Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Ensure timelines, details, and customer expectations are met Follow company processes and contribute to efficient operations

Qualifications:

Previous sales and project manager experience in the industry is a plus Strong communication skills with both clients and team members Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM and inventory systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Competitive compensation and benefits.
