Company Description Valley Commercial Construction has four generations of commercial building construction expertise dating back to the 1800s. The company specializes in commercial construction, design-build, general contracting, construction management (CM), metal buildings, and building additions. Valley and its sister company Valley Construction work together to create seamless building projects for educational, institutional, medical, industrial, public, or retail purposes in-house. Valley Commercial delivers quality customer service, knowledge, and craftsmanship to every project. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Valley Commercial Construction, located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring quality control and safety. The Project Manager will also liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors. Qualifications Expeditor and Expediting skills Project Management skills Inspection skills Logistics Management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and manage project teams Knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations PMP or CCM Certification is a plus
