The company specializes in ground-up retail, commercial, mixed-use, and light industrial developments and has built a culture centered around repeat business, collaboration, and long-term employee growth. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects from buyout through completion Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Support business development efforts and client relationships MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
