Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager/Sales professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and sales acumen in the HVAC & Plumbing industry. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate HVAC & Plumbing projects from initiation to completion while actively engaging in sales efforts to secure new business opportunities. ```Duties```
- Plan, execute, and complete projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors/vendors
- Establish relationships with customers and estimate small projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ```Qualifications```
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related field or new graduates from Construction Management programs or similar
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Experience with systems such as Sharefile or similar collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
