The ideal candidate has successfully steered multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud migrations, specifically bridging corporate IT and business workstreams. You will serve as the critical orchestrator across functional domain leads, internal technical teams, and external systems of integrators. This role carries comprehensive ownership of the project budget, operational timeline, resource scheduling, and final cross-departmental delivery.
