This role is responsible for project planning, Stage Gate governance, timelines, risk management, and communication, serving as the central point of accountability for project progression. The Project Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams and the Commercialization Project Manager to drive alignment, manage risk, and ensure successful execution and transition into commercialization. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end projects from feasibility through post-launch closeout, including scope, objectives, assumptions, and success criteria Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking; monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and constraints Own and manage Stage Gate framework, including readiness, deliverables, gate reviews, and progression Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; manage mitigation, scope, and change control, including impacts to timeline, cost, and resources Drive cross-functional alignment, decision-making, and accountability across teams; partner with Commercialization Project Manager for execution transition Act as primary contact for customers, lead project update meetings, and manage expectations Ensure project closeout, documentation of outcomes and learnings, and continuous improvement Skills Organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to drive accountability and follow-through across teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field; PMP or other project management certification is a plus 5+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, or manufacturing environments Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scale-up, and operational constraints, including
GMP/HACCP
programs Experience with Stage Gate or phased-gate project processes and project management tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Asana) Pay:
