Allied Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Transmission & Substationcapital projects for a leading utility client. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background managing project lifecycles, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead Transmission & Substation projects from planning through execution and closeout. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations. Coordinate engineering, construction, and stakeholder activities to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage project financials, cost forecasting, and budget performance. Facilitate project meetings, provide leadership updates, and maintain accurate project documentation. Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders while driving project success.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in utilities, engineering, construction, or a related industry. Experience supporting Transmission & Substation projects. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Engineering, technical, or related degree (or equivalent industry experience). Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience using project management software and tools.
