at Central Processing Corp in Westmont, Illinois, United States Job Description The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a Project Coordinator for County Prestress & Precast, LLC in Westmont, IL. The Project Coordinator supports the Engineering team by producing accurate drawings, coordinating project details, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams, clients, and field partners. This role prepares erection drawings, manages RFIs, oversees material coordination, and helps resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates have strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, experience in precast or construction drafting, and the ability to keep projects organized and on schedule.
Job Duties:
Prepare accurate erection drawings by reviewing project documents including estimates, contracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda. Review contract drawings and generate RFIs for clients and design teams; participate in coordination meetings. Compare project progress to bid estimates and communicate deviations to the appropriate teams. Maintain ordering of embed plates and loose materials to ensure timely fabrication and delivery. Serve as a liaison between the company, contractors, and erectors in partnership with Project Management and Engineering. Coordinate with Plant Management on non-typical product requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve casting issues, field challenges, and technical concerns. Support team members during scheduling conflicts to maintain workflow continuity. Lead Pre-Pour Production meetings as needed for complex projects. Review and check piece drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with engineers to develop and detail project components that reduce costs and improve efficiency for stakeholders.Work Environment:
Primarily an inside-office environment with occasional exposure to external conditions. Standard work hours with occasional overtime (up to 25%). No travel required. Role functions both independently and as a strong cross-functional team contributor.Physical Requirements:

2+ years of experience in precast concrete drafting, detailing, modeling, or related steel/construction industries. Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and solve technical issues. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Certifications in AutoCAD, Revit, or other Autodesk platforms preferred.
