Job Summary:
TCS is seeking a Management Analyst to support a customer managing multiple concurrent projects at NSWC Crane. This role tracks funding execution, project requirements, and resource allocation across competing efforts, giving management clear visibility to make timely decisions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills, works well across schedules and budgets, and can flag risks before they become problems. You will maintain the customers master schedule, monitor funding status, track resource conflicts across projects, and provide the leadership with regular reporting on project performance and trends.
Job Summary:
Track, de-conflict, and analyze impacts across all active and planned projects for the branch.

Serve on both planning and execution sides, tracking future/planned projects alongside ongoing ones.

Create, edit, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple concurrent projects.

Track funding status and execution against project requirements; flag funding gaps or shortfalls to management.

Monitor resource allocation (personnel, equipment, funding) across projects and identify conflicts or shortages.

Conduct internal reviews with project leads to maintain schedule and funding accuracy.

Provide analysis of project performance, including schedule/critical path trends, and prepare reports and briefings as directed.

Develop and maintain summary-level schedule and funding status reports; brief the Branch Manager on performance trends on a recurring basis.

Support management with additional program management, execution, and communication tasks as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
10+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related field.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.

Familiarity with product support processes and procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
Flexibility to cope with dynamic high-pressure environments and short-fused or rapidly changing deadlines and prioritization.

Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Analytical problem solver with high attention to detail.

Must be organized and process-oriented.
