We are seeking a Field Project Manager to assist our Project Managers with construction progress oversight across multiple trades. Workload 70% Project Management, Fieldwork, and Surveying 25% Clerical, Estimating, and Takeoffs 5% MEP Design Responsibilities Perform frequent jobsite visits to monitor construction progress across multiple trades. Communicate project progress, challenges, and concerns with the appropriate Project Managers. Coordinate construction documents between Mel-Kay staff, subcontractors, and other contractors. Assist Project Managers with preparing and submitting estimates, submittals, RFIs, proposal requests, and closeout documentation. Operate Trimble surveying equipment to assist tradesmen with underground layout and field coordination. Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and field activities. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with field applications related to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. 5+ years of project management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
