Job Description Key responsibilities include:
Manage commercial, higher education, and institutional construction projects from planning through completion Drive project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance Lead project teams and foster collaboration between field and office personnel Create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and cost forecasts Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout activities Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate architects, engineers, owners, consultants, and trade partners Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Monitor project financials, costs, billings, and profitability Create solutions and proactively resolve project challenges Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Run project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
