Walking customers through basic troubleshooting and product questions. Coordinate conference calls/ meetings between the MFG and clients to facilitate project movement when needed. Liaison/ support for all needs of the client to the manufacturer. Backup for any administrative needs or questions. Manage multiple projects consisting of various levels of engagement from purchase order entry to post sales. Inform customers of part numbers or pricing discrepancies as well as logistical issues with their orders. Follow up on clarifications and involved account executives when needed to retrieve information needed to release an order. Work with clients on pre-pay accounts through the proforma invoice payment process and follow up consistently so orders are not held up. Confirm orders include all information needed to meet clean order check list of the manufacturers along with commission acknowledgment that is sent to the manufacture. Input orders into database. Attach all pertinent information into the database and in the correct folders and label. Follow up on orders Assist sales with setting up customer with new MFGs, credit references and W9 to the MFG and follow up to set up. Check inventory for clients. Negotiate pricing with vendors to fulfill customer needs in some cases when necessary. Cover costs. Provide basic pricing for attic stock or parts when possible. Facilitate and coordinate expedited process to attempt to meet construction schedule deadlines. Work with the Quotations/ Sales departments to offer suitable stock/quick ship substitutes when needed to meet deadlines. Facilitate approvals to quotations from the client. Partner with quotations through the process to be informed when the quote is supplied to the customer so change orders are received when needed or if no changes are needed the order can be processed. Partner with accounting team to resolve billing issues such deducts and commission issues. Work with account executives for preorder commitment requests. Post Sales Warranty support for clients including end users when needed Fill out project cover sheets to manually provide visibility of awarded project to the account executive and the team for splits and the board. Back up for team member when out. Partner with accounting team to resolve billing issues such deducts and commission issues.
