As a Project Manager and Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships, developing innovative landscape solutions, and driving business growth. This position offers the opportunity to highlight your people skills by searching for new business and working directly with field staff, manage exciting projects from concept to completion, and contribute to a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Create and develop relationships with commercial, industrial, and high-end developer clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints Create and present innovative, sustainable, and visually appealing landscape designs tailored to the Midwest climate Oversee project planning, including budgeting, material selection, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers Supervise and support landscape construction and installation crews to ensure quality and timely project delivery Present design proposals to clients, effectively communicate value, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues that arise Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout and after project completion to maximize satisfaction and investment value Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and contribute to the companys growth Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor developments, sharing insights with company leadership Utilize information technology and Microsoft Office applications to support sales and project management activities Deliver excellent service to clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional and efficient manner Qualifications Valid driver's license
REQUIRED
Adhere to Company Core Values Experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation abilities Landscape construction experience is a PLUS Proficient landscape design principles and knowledge of plant materials suitable for the Midwest are a PLUS Compensation and Benefits Salary from $55,000 PLUS Monthly Commission Health Benefits | Company Match 401k Plan | Paid Vacation & Holidays Offered compensation: $55,000/yr - $65,000/yr Experience and License Requirements Attention to Detail Customer Service General Construction (optional) Sales Sales B2B (optional)
