    2-4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience preferred.

  • Facilitation and presentation skillsThe main function of this Project Lead role is to coordinate and support projects by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and helping ensure project objectives are achieved.
This position is responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and providing project updates to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates.
  • Identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.
  • Support implementation of project objectives and business initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
  • Works closely with: Curriculum Developers, Lead Trainers, Training Specialists, business partners, and subject matter experts
  • Environment:
    Manufacturing facility
  • incumbent will work closely with team members, operations personnel, and business partners in both office and production settings
  • Purpose of team: Develop and implement solutions that improve workforce capability, support employee development, and align training initiatives with business needs
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders and team members
