Project:

This is a large-scale, ground-up, steel-framed mixed-use campus development, approximately 400 units. The project is set to break ground this September, so we're looking to have someone in place before then.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC-side experience required) A strong background in multi-family construction projects OR proven experience on sizable steel-frame commercial projects Strong working knowledge of Procore A confident, professional communicator who can easily liaise with Superintendents and field teams About the
