$52,000- $62,400 Position Overview Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Project Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating multiple projects, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. The right person is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a desire to grow within a company known for long-term employee retention. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process. Coordinate new telephone and security camera system installations from start to finish. Meet with customers to understand their needs and determine system configuration requirements. Schedule technicians, equipment, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Visit customer sites during installations to assist with coordination and ensure a smooth implementation. Train customers on the operation of their new phone and camera systems before, during, and after installation. Follow up with customers after installation to answer questions, make system adjustments, and ensure satisfaction. Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Coordinate parts ordering and staging for upcoming installations. Utilize CRM software (Tigerpaw - training provided) to manage customer information and projects. Maintain accurate project documentation and update customer records. Work closely with technicians, customer service representatives, and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, account coordination, project coordination, or related experience preferred. Previous project coordination or light project management experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions). Experience with CRM software is preferred (Tigerpaw experience is a plus; training provided). QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed #
