Competitive salary based on experience About Us We are a growing, reputable contractor specializing in asphalt paving, site excavation, and underground utilities. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in asphalt, excavation, and/or utility construction. This role will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring efficient execution, cost control, and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance Track project costs and ensure profitability targets are met Handle project documentation, change orders, and reporting Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standardsQualifications Required:
3+ years of project management experience in asphalt, excavation, or utility construction Strong understanding of site development, grading, paving, and underground utilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and crews Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience with DOT, municipal, or commercial site work projects Knowledge of estimating or takeoffs is a plus Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steer, rollers, pavers, etc.) is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Opportunities for growth within the company How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience.
