Job Description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the Muncie, IN area. This position offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, and vacation. Position Overview We are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys coordinating projects, solving problems, and working with both office staff and field crews. In this role, you'll help support projects that improve the reliability of the electrical system so customers experience fewer outages and power interruptions. This is primarily an office-based position with occasional visits to local job sites. You'll work closely with engineers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward safely. What You'll Do Coordinate projects with field crews, contractors, and vendors. Help plan and organize electrical projects and scheduled outages. Visit local job sites (20-30% of the time) to monitor project progress. Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues. Communicate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and management. Maintain project documentation and support daily operations. Help improve processes that increase system reliability and customer service. Promote a safe work environment and follow company safety standards. Assist with training or mentoring less experienced employees when needed. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associate's degree in a technical field plus 3 years of relevant experience.
