  • We solve problems and push through challenges with determination Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects from acquisition through resale.
This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once while working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and manage renovation timelines across multiple properties Coordinate schedules with contractors, inspectors, and internal team members Ensure projects stay on track and meet key deadlines Budget & Scope Management Create scopes of work and initial project budgets Track expenses and maintain budget accountability Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality Contractor & Vendor Management Source, hire, and manage subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of work Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Site Management Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professional Permits & Compliance Coordinate permits, inspections, and code requirements Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards Communication & Reporting Provide consistent project updates to leadership Maintain organized documentation (receipts, invoices, change orders, photos) Collaborate with acquisitions, dispositions, and admin teams Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in residential construction or project management Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines Ability to read and interpret scopes, bids, and renovation plans Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project management tools, Google Sheets, and mobile apps Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000
Performance Bonus:
Bonus potential based on successfully completed projects
