Type:
full-time We are seeking a Project Manager to support project development, estimating teams, and other PMs with project coordination, tracking, forecasting, reporting, and administrative support. Candidates with experience in utilities, transmission, or other technical project environments are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support project development meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, sending summaries, and maintaining action item trackers. Maintain project trackers in Excel and Point, including project status, funding, sponsorship, and project handoffs. Manage and update project information based on stakeholder input. Support internal project creation and risk management systems. Manage Point access, maintain department sites, and create workflows and automations. Maintain and navigate departmental Power BI dashboards and reports. Track economic development requests and coordinate estimates and schedules. Prepare one-page project proposals using information provided by stakeholders. Support emergent projects, project development, and program development activities. Assist with portfolio management and ensure accurate coordination of project data and cash flow information. Perform trend analysis, variance reporting, forecasting, and project metric reporting.
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including macros and pivot tables. Microsoft Word. Point experience. Experience navigating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
Power Automate. Power BI development. Experience working with utility, transmission, or other technical infrastructure projects.
Education:
Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
