Job Title:
Project Manager Job Description Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead electronics manufacturing projects and operational improvement initiatives from early planning through final delivery. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, enjoys a mix of structured project coordination and hands‑on time on the production floor, and can effectively align people, processes, and resources to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Own manufacturing and improvement initiatives from initial scope definition through execution and project closeout. Plan, coordinate, and oversee electronics manufacturing projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery. Create, maintain, and roll out clear work instructions and operational documentation to support consistent production processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with purchasing, fabrication, production, and installation teams to align schedules, resources, and priorities. Monitor project financials, including labor usage, material costs, outside services, and indirect expenses, and take action to keep projects within budget. Maintain detailed project timelines, track milestones, and proactively identify risks and issues that could impact schedule, cost, or quality. Communicate project status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience or coursework in electronics manufacturing, operations management, or industrial processes. Experience with operations management and process improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows in an electronics environment. Ability to build strong working relationships with purchasing, fabrication, production, and installation teams. Why Work Here?
