Overview About Us Midwest Fab & Construction, Inc. is an industrial fabrication and construction company specializing in stainless steel fabrication, piping, structural steel, and industrial maintenance throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, and surrounding states. We're looking for an organized, self-motivated individual to help keep our projects running efficiently. Responsibilities Track employee time and job costing Review and enter daily time sheets Coordinate small projects from start to finish Schedule field crews and equipment Communicate with customers regarding project scheduling Create work orders and maintain project files Coordinate materials and deliveries Assist with purchasing and inventory tracking Follow up with field supervisors on project status Maintain project documentation Assist with invoicing and closeout paperwork Support management with day-to-day operations Qualifications Excellent organizational skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required) Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Ability to prioritize multiple projects Strong communication skills Construction or industrial experience preferred Experience with scheduling or project coordination preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Construction office Industrial fabrication Project coordination Scheduling crews Job costing Time tracking Purchasing Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Health Insurance Opportunities for advancement Stable, family-owned company
