Who You Are You are a proven industrial construction leader with a strong track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
You will bring:
10+ years of progressive construction project management experience Proven success managing large-scale industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client leadership A history of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget Experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $10M Proficiency with project management and scheduling software including Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical requirements across complex projects The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction and design coordination through closeout Act as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, logistics strategies, and risk assessments Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management Coordinate closely with superintendents and field leadership to maintain efficient site operations Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and proactively resolve project challenges Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers while helping build a high-performance culture Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities Why Join?
