We provide the leads — no cold calling or finding your own customers. You will meet with homeowners, estimate and sell landscape projects, and then manage the projects you sell from start to finish. We are looking for someone experienced in landscape construction, hardscaping, patios, retaining walls, drainage, grading, irrigation, plantings, and outdoor construction. Spanish and English are required for this position. Responsibilities Meet with company-provided leads and build strong customer relationships Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and project budgets Sell landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, irrigation, and outdoor projects Plan and coordinate projects from sale through completion Communicate with customers and crews throughout each project Visit active job sites regularly and supervise progress Ensure projects stay on schedule and commitments made to customers are kept Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets company quality standards Coordinate materials, equipment, scheduling, and project needs Identify and resolve problems quickly Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction Collect deposits, progress payments, and final payments as required Maintain organized project notes, photos, schedules, and customer information Experience & Requirements Must speak both Spanish and English Landscape construction experience required Experience with patios, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, grading, plantings, and other outdoor projects Sales, estimating, foreman, or project management experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and customer communication skills Ability to manage multiple active projects and crews Strong understanding of proper landscape and hardscape construction practices Compensation This is a performance-driven position with high commission potential. Compensation rewards both the amount of work you sell and how successfully you manage your projects. $50,000-$100,000+ earning potential for strong performers. A company vehicle may be provided based on performance and position requirements. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their sales, customers, project quality, and projects from start to finish.
