As a Project Turnover Coordinator on our team in Cary/Clayton, North Carolina, you will perform a wide variety of coordination and staff project support services in our Life Sciences North America line of business. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, tracking work hours, schedule meetings, working with a diverse team, coordinating and facilitating the field verification and documentation of systems installed by construction and engineering in support of the Jacobs BIO NC Construction Staff. You will also support the team by maintaining and tracking databases and preparing reports. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. Some of the job responsibilities will include:
- Manage Turnover Planning and Forecasting Spreadsheet (complicated Excel Spreadsheet)
- Enter handwritten punch list data into Turnover Management System (EIDA)
- Take meeting notes for Turnover Planning Sessions and Meetings (including AI Recording and Transcripts)
- Actively follow-up on and request additional information related to turnover management
- General Support of Project Turnover Manager and Turnover Project Team
- Other duties based on need and capabilities Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of project administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.
- Microsoft Office Products including Intermediate to Advanced knowledge with MS Excel
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and traverse active construction sites
- Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
- Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Ideally, you'll also have:
- Pharmaceutical / Biotech Project Experience
- Engineering, Project Administration, or Project Management Experience
- Bilingual - Spanish highly recommended
- Ability to learn quickly, driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Minimum 61,700.00Posted Salary Range:

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
