We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Project Manager to grow with our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to support a major aerospace client on high profile construction programs located in the greater Wichita, Kansas area. This dynamic, large scale program involves the safe, efficient delivery of multiple mid to large scale capital facilities projects and requires a strong focus on project management excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with industry leading engineers and project managers while working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders within the client's organization. You will provide leadership across all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Key responsibilities include leading communication and coordination efforts with all stakeholders, team chartering, managing scope to project budgets, reports, change management and leading junior team members. Review and alignment of project schedules and contract values, and providing on site oversight of all craft trades. You will play a critical role during the planning phase by developing detailed scopes of work, execution strategies, and budgetary estimates. Your expertise in negotiation, project controls, and construction management will help drive successful outcomes while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations. By building strong, trust based relationships with the client and project teams, you will contribute directly to the success of both the client's capital program and Jacobs' continued growth in the aerospace sector. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration with related experience 10+ years of experience working on Facility Capital Improvement projects especially manufacturing and assembly facilities Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, project delivery systems, and manufacturing facilities capital projects. Skilled in using Microsoft business tools for data reporting, communications, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification, or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure #WestPMCM #LI-CS1

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $154,700.00 to $212,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
