Life at Harvard What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member
+ Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
+ Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
+ Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
+ Review employee performance
+ Ability to execute constructive discipline process
+ Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
+ Other projects as assigned
+ Report payroll
+ Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
+ Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member
+ Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation
+ Flexibility with hours and schedule
+ Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
