Roofing Project Manager

Project Managers at Shull Roofing handle day to day onsite supervision for subcontractor crews performing roof replacements as well as small repairs and warranty work. As a project Manager, you will be the main point of contact while the job is in progress and will be responsible for keeping the crew on track, documenting their progress, and mitigating issues as they arise. Project Managers will utilize their communication and problem solving skills on a daily basis to assure client satisfaction, and quality control on the job. Project Managers report to the Production Manager to give real time feedback during the course of work. Work week during roofing season is 4

• 5 10+ hour days Monday through Friday.

Overtime is to be expected. Winter hours will be on an as needed basis. Hands on installation of siding, and/or metal roofing may be required. Salary based on experience. Additional bonus pay for each confirmed roof replacement referral and/or 5 star Google review obtained from clients Responsibilities include: Attend production meetings via Google Meet Maintain an organized and inventoried warehouse Transport roof accessories and materials to and from jobsites Communicate with homeowners regarding the schedule and work being done Document and report all phases of work in Acculynx Problem solving on the job

• airing on the side of prevention Oversight, inspection, clean up, and customer relations during the course of work Communicate with neighbors, gaining referrals for future work Diagnose roof issues and make repairs as needed Provide an overall 5 star experience for Shull Roofing customers Requirements Leadership Skills Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs or more Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs Driver's License Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills Availability for overtime Can-Do Attitude At Shull Roofing, we put the customer experience first, and our project managers are people we are proud to have representing us in the field during the course of production.
