- Job Description
- We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide operational and administrative support across the project lifecycle, including financial, resource, and reporting activities.
- What You'll Do
- + Execute operational activities across in-flight and pre-launch projects + Support project setup, organization, and lifecycle readiness from initiation through execution + Maintain project artifacts, documentation repositories, and delivery tools + Ensure creation and maintenance of resource allocations, grooming, and financial structures + Maintain project financial structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and planning tools + Create, update, and track resource requests and planned hours + Manage unnamed demand and support demand grooming activities + Ensure financial data accuracy through consistent updates and validation + Generate and analyze Planned vs.
- What You'll Need
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Experience working in a professional business environment supporting teams, projects, or operational functions + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent tasks + Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders + Proven attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain structured documentation or data + Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and support decision-making through clear, actionable insights + Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and ability to quickly learn new systems and processesPreferred:
+ 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or delivery support roles + Experience supporting PMOs within healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries + Exposure to project financial tools (e.g., Oracle or equivalent systems) + Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, Excel-based analysis) + Knowledge of project lifecycle management practices- Physical Demands
