For this in-person role, we are looking for a candidate who can grow with us. Candidates at all experience levels are welcome to apply. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Architect to work on architectural projects located throughout the Midwest. Our work is primarily schools, churches, municipal buildings, and fitness centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, construction documentation, and administration throughout the construction phase. Responsibilities Produce construction documents Support the construction administration phase through shop drawing, submittal review, site observations, and documentation Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal team Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited university Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD (primarily) and Revit (a plus) Extensive understanding of construction details and drawings, with the ability to produce and review them Familiarity with building code analysis and regulatory compliance including accessibility standards Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
