Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee construction activities, manage project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Join us to drive impactful projects that shape communities and infrastructure! Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff, fostering collaboration and accountability. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software. Oversee cost management activities, including budgeting, cost tracking, and change order processing. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently in accordance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance. Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid for accurate project cost forecasting. Monitor construction schedule progress and adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or issues. Conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or Bluebeam for detailed documentation and quality control. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and site management. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, or similar tools; experience with Construction management software is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts administration. Hands-on construction site experience in civil or heavy infrastructure projects; familiarity with managing complex projects is essential. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings using Civil 3D or Bluebeam; experience with construction schedule coordination is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols on active sites. Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,271.01 per year
