What You'll Do Here Guide and coach Project Managers to deliver strong work Define and improve project management standards and workflows Work with senior leaders to plan resources and manage workloads Build and manage project timelines and budgets as needed Partner with Operations for smooth handoffs between teams Build a culture of clarity, ownership and accountability Maintain and improve PM tools, templates and reports Support PMs in creating scopes, timelines and estimates Lead problem solving and workflow improvements Set team goals and track performance Stay informed on new delivery tools and methods We Need a Person With Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills Highly organized and financially aware Skilled in estimating, scoping and budgeting Communicates clearly across teams and levels Adaptable leader who builds structure and calm focus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field 10+ years managing large-scale projects in a marketing or digital agency 5+ years leading and mentoring Project Managers Skilled in tools like Asana and Google Suite PMP, CSM or Agile certification preferred Compensation will be commensurate with experience. US:
San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work.
