Assistant Superintendent Job Description As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in coordinating field execution, engineering, and project management teams. You will track daily progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and assist with site logistics and scheduling coordination. Your efforts will support issue resolution between trades and maintain seamless communication between clients and field teams. Additionally, you will assist with documentation and maintain accurate field records. Responsibilities Coordinate between field execution, engineering, and project management teams. Essential Skills Experience in industrial construction and construction supervision. Subcontractor management expertise. Proficiency in schedule tracking and use of Microsoft Projects. Knowledge of safety and quality control practices. Experience with Procore and project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. 3% 401k match 15-20 days PTO Health insurance pay in between projects relocation assistance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,KY.
