Sr. Project Manager Job Description The Sr. Project Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting project managers and team leads. This position requires enforcing company and project rules, maintaining strong communication with clients, and ensuring that projects are built according to plans and contracts. The role involves managing the project budget, maintaining current schedules with input from team members and subcontractors, and working in line with company values, ethics, and goals. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager represents the company to build relationships and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the project team. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee daily safety practices on site. Review new project leads and assist with estimating. Maintain ongoing coordination with subcontractors. Supervise self-performed work. Essential Skills 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market. Strong understanding of managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, self-performed work, and safety practices. Knowledge of full project life cycle from estimating to completion. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Experience with projects ranging from $5K to $20 million. Job stability with clear reasons for any job movement.
