  • $55.00 Summary The Implementation Supervisor II supports mid
  • to large-scale Helix Migration projects, including single
  • and multi-site implementations involving multiple products and services.
This role analyzes customer solutions and migrations and actively supports successful implementations while meeting customer and company needs. Responsibilities Develop implementation plans, deployment strategies, schedules, communication plans, training, and reporting. Manage multiple implementation projects/workstreams and cross-functional teams. Conduct project status meetings and follow up on action items. Work closely with the Program Manager and project stakeholders. Participate in daily status meetings via Zoom. Track project progress and success using project management tools. Provide weekly project reporting and client communications. Support post-implementation audits, lessons learned, and project reviews. Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations; international travel may be required based on project needs. Minimum Requirements Proficient in project management practices. Experience managing multiple projects and/or workstreams simultaneously. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
