Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CFS Wall Panel Designer/Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-fabricated cold-formed steel projects across a variety of markets throughout the country. This is a key leadership position for an experienced CFS wall panel designer with strong technical skills and a proven ability to manage projects, collaborate across disciplines, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver high-quality projects on time while supporting the firm's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage prefab cold-formed steel projects from conceptual design through construction completion, ensuring quality, budgets, and delivery schedules are maintained. Lead internal design teams and coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, engineers, and other consultants. Perform takeoffs and provide preliminary and GMP estimates using collaboration software to design, document, and coordinate with project engineers, customers, architects, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review bid proposals and estimates according to project plans and specifications. Conduct site visits, perform field inspections, and provide construction phase support, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings. Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Support proposal development and participate in interviews and presentations for new business opportunities. Work with production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Qualifications Minimum 6-10 years of experience in designing prefab cold-formed steel projects with at least 2-4 years managing projects. Proficient in related construction software (e.g., Revit, Procore, PlanSwift, Autodesk, etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interactions and technical documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
