The business provides consulting, engineering, procurement, construction management and project delivery services across the complete asset lifecycle. With operations around the world, the organization partners with major customers to deliver complex capital projects safely, efficiently and sustainably. About the Role As Project Quality Director, you will lead all Quality, Compliance and Assurance activities for a major capital project. Embedded within the Integrated Project Management Team, you will establish the project's Quality and Compliance Management System, lead the Project Assurance team and oversee audits, KPIs, management reviews, nonconformance trends and improvement programs. Working closely with project leadership, engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE and contractor teams, you will ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated throughout the full project lifecycle. About You You are an experienced Quality and Assurance leader with a strong background delivering major EPC, EPCM or PMC projects within LNG, energy, chemicals or heavy industrial environments. You have led site-based quality functions, developed project-wide management systems and provided assurance across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Comfortable operating at an executive level, you can influence project leaders, customers and contractors while building a culture of accountability, compliance and continuous improvement. You are also willing to be based full-time at the project site in Cameron, Louisiana.
