Job Description
Coastal Process is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Project Coordinator to support daily service operations. This role involves quoting customers, processing service orders, coordinating shop repair jobs, billing, closing out service orders, and assisting the service manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide accurate service quotes to customers
- Coordinate and schedule service in-house jobs
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and reporting
- Enter and track technician service hours and job details
- Generate invoices and bill customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment files
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and follow-ups
- Support service technicians with administrative needs and documentation
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to service requests
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (service industry a plus)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work well with others
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in service, maintenance, or repair environments Familiarity withMicrosoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks Job Type:
