Job Description

Summary Seeking an experienced Sr. Data Center Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. Must excel in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Holly Ridge, LA Pay:
$58-$62 Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day construction activities and project schedules Maintain scope, budget, and timelines Enforce safety and quality standards Handle change management and documentation Oversee cost forecasting, contracts, and vendor performance Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones Requirements Strong data and analytics skills Knowledge of construction safety and regulations Experience with estimating, engineering, and construction methods Understanding of construction accounting and cost control Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura Highly organized and adaptable Qualifications Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in construction management Data center or structured cabling experience preferred Experience with GMP, design‑build, fixed price, etc.
Preferred:
OSHA 30, RCDD, RTPM, PMP
