Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support schedule integrity, visibility, and on-time project execution. Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and key updates to team members and leadership while supporting accountability throughout the development process. Partner with cross-functional teams to align expectations, clarify project requirements, and help keep work progressing against committed launch timelines. Participate in project reviews and workflow discussions to monitor progress, identify risks, and support timely decision-making. Help identify and remove project roadblocks by facilitating issue resolution with internal partners and serving as a resource to the broader team. Manage projects from initiation through completion within internal systems such as ARAS, Teams, SharePoint, and other organizational tools used to organize work, maintain documentation, and monitor progress. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance the effectiveness of new product development workflows. Effectively balance multiple projects and product categories within a fast-paced development environment. Maintain proficiency across a broad range of technical systems and tools used to support product development and product release activities.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in project planning, product development, or a related role. High school diploma or equivalent and completion of basic project management coursework or formal training. Experience using business and project-related systems such as Microsoft Office, Oracle, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
