Jo b Duti e s an d R e s pon si b i l iti e s: Adhere to all Client policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Provide comprehensive project administration and coordination support across all capital project phases. Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, version control, and compliance with Client document control standards. Establish and maintain structured document control systems for drawings, specifications, correspondence, change records, and project deliverables. Support project change management by tracking scope changes, maintaining change logs, coordinating approvals, and ensuring impacts to cost and schedule are documented. Coordinate with project team members and contractors to collect, consolidate, and distribute routine project status and progress updates. Assist with project reporting. Assist with gathering scoping information and support the preparation of execution plans, project schedules, and cost estimates. Record, distribute, and archive meeting minutes; track action items and follow through to closure. Assist with the preparation and ongoing update of monthly project cost sheets and related financial tracking documentation. Coordinate and document Lessons Learned at the conclusion of project phases and final project closeout. Support final project closeout activities, including document turnover, records retention, and closeout reporting. Q ua lif i c a ti on s ( Kno wl e d g e , S ki l ls a n d Abi l i t i e s): Requires a High-School Diploma or Equivalent; Five (5) or more years of experience related to the position duties; Must have very strong interpersonal and communication skills; Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps etc.); High degree of computer literacy Requires a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience in the Utilities industry Understanding of Microsoft PowerBi & PowerBi workspace management Understanding of MAXIMO operation and workflow systems Wo rking C ond iti on s: Work is conducted in an on-site environment Will need to be flexible to accommodate emergent work requests and required responses during weather events Interaction with other team members, as well as supervisors and client personnel Working plant, construction, and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection Must be able to tolerate climate changes May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis P h y s ic a l R equ ir e me n ts ( Wi th o r w i t hou t Re a s onab le Acc o mm oda ti on ): Must be able to lift and carry five (5) pounds Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities which permits the employee to communicate effectively Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Sufficient vision or other powers of observation which permits the employee to conduct analysis and investigations Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to perform routine office duties Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
