Entry-Level Project Manager (CMT)

We are seeking an eager Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to join their team in Lake Charles. In this entry-level role, you will bridge the gap between field inspections and project management, ensuring that all testing is accurate and compliant with safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction on-site, making your contributions essential to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field inspections and oversee the testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client requirements and safety regulations are strictly adhered to during field operations. Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results to ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Assist in training new staff on best practices for construction materials testing and safety compliance.

Requirements:

Experience in construction material testing and inspections, preferably in a project management role. Possession of the American Concrete Institute Certification or higher is required to ensure competency in testing standards. Knowledge of safety compliance practices in construction is critical to maintain workplace safety and quality standards. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
