Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Emphasis on Instrumentation and Electrical capital projects (small to mid-size projects) Overseeing the preparation and implementation of the Project Execution Plan Leading the FEL process,pleting gate reviews, and obtaining management approvals Leading the Contracting Strategy effort, managing the contractor evaluation, bid and award process Managing cost, schedule, procurement and the billing payables groups Interviewing and approving personnel from the contractor'sanization Understanding contracts and managing contractors to maximize performance, controlling costs and minimizing claims and change orders Setting up project facilities at site and in the contractors office Setting safety expectations for the project and leading the team to achieve safety goals Ensuring plant Operations and Maintenance personal are engaged and that they understand their responsibilities Ensuring that proper schedules are issued, reviewed, and used to drive Project performance Ensuring the accuracy of the cost estimate as well as monthly cash flow forecasts Setting up programs to manage vendors, fabricators and any required specialty contractors Ensuring that quality processes are followed Developing, gaining approval for and managing to project KPI's and metrics Leading development of a risk management plan Preparing and giving presentations to various levels of the Company and other stakeholders Timely and efficiently closing out of the project Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering 10 or more years of project management experience working in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry 5 or more years of experience working as a Project Manager with sole accountability for the project E/I Project Manager Project Manager
