Supporting:
Grassroots Project This role will coordinate between all parties (Spain, Japan, China). Instrument, controls, panels, etc. At least 10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of E&I projects from planning through construction,missioning, and handover. Lead site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives. Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, andmissioning teams. Ensurepliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. Review and approve project plans, method statements, and technical documentation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients. Manage project variations, claims, andmercial aspects of the contract. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline. Experience in Lieu of degree Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC environments. Strong kledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLC, DCS, ESD, SCADA, andmissioning activities. Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, LNG Facilities, Gas Processing Plants, Pipeline Projects, or Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Construction. Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager Project Manager
